All title and intellectual property rights in and to the PRODUCT, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the PRODUCT, are owned by 3D Toys Production Limited. HOLDER may not copy the printed materials accompanying the PRODUCT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This 3D Toys Product License Agreement grants HOLDER no rights to use such content. All rights not specifically granted under this 3D Toys Product License Agreement are reserved by 3D Toys Production Limited.
